Project Privacy and Supplier Sharing
- Project information is private by default.

AI-Assisted Processing
Information submitted to the platform may be processed by AI-assisted tools to draft, summarize, classify, or structure project information.
AI outputs are preliminary planning artifacts and may be reviewed by Innovation Peer. They are not final engineering designs, safety certifications, legal advice, or supplier quotes.
Service Providers
We may use service providers for hosting, database and authentication, email delivery, analytics, AI processing, and file storage. These providers process information on our behalf subject to contractual safeguards appropriate to the service.
Supplier Submissions
Supplier-submitted profile information may be reviewed by Innovation Peer and may be used to maintain a basic public profile or private supplier capability record after review and approval. Submission does not guarantee public listing or project matching.
Retention
We retain information for as long as needed to provide services, maintain records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and support user requests.
